These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShowRadar ("the App"), developed by Volatile Apps. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ShowRadar helps you discover, track, and rate movies and TV shows across the streaming services you use, find nearby theater showtimes, and optionally sync your watch history to the cloud. Some features rely on third-party data providers (SIMKL, the Streaming Availability API, OMDb, TasteDive, OpenStreetMap, YouTube, Google) and are only as accurate or available as those providers' own data.
You can use ShowRadar fully offline as a guest with no account. Optional sign-in (SIMKL, Google, or an anonymous guest cloud backup) is used only to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how to request deletion.
Movie/show titles, artwork, ratings, and showtimes are sourced from third parties and are provided "as is." ShowRadar does not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or completeness, and is not responsible for content on third-party sites you may be linked to (e.g. ticketing or streaming providers).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including your synced watch history) will never be lost — see the Privacy Policy for how cloud backup works and its limits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volatile Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
We may update these Terms or the App's features over time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to backend services (cloud sync) for behavior that violates these Terms.
